CDS & PCC furnished all labor, material, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, quality control, personal protective equipment (PPE), coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), Infection Control and Prevention/Construction Risk Assessments (ICRA) with temporary medical enclosures/barriers,  construction permits, incidental design, travel, and other resources required for the retrofit of existing spaces including the  Primary Care, Emergency Department, Physical Therapy and Specialty Care Departments of the active Whiteriver Indian Hospital located on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation.
